Wayne & Classy Francis

Wayne and Claudene are the lead pastors of The Life Church – New York, based in Westchester County, NY — a suburb of NYC. Wayne was the founder and lead pastor of the former Authentic Church, which merged with The Life Church in early 2020.

Wayne is a dynamic communicator who is passionate about building the local church and seeing people find real life in Jesus. Wayne and Claudene, who he calls “Classy” have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful teenage daughters, Haleigh and Ryleigh. Wayne loves to cycle and takes great pleasure in turning any floor into a dance floor.

Our Senior Pastors

John & Leslie Siebeling

John and Leslie Siebeling are the founders and senior pastors of The Life Church based in Memphis, Tennessee. While serving as missionaries in Nairobi, Kenya, they felt called to plant a diverse church that could reach young people and those who were far from God or had given up on church. So, in 1996, they moved to Memphis to plant The Life Church. Today, the church has grown into a thriving, diverse congregation with thousands attending weekly services in 12 locations around the world.

John and Leslie consider it one of their greatest honors to pastor The Life Church and the people who call it their church home. In addition to leading The Life Church, John has authored several books and various resources designed to help grow people and build the global Church. John and Leslie also lead the Make Room Pastors Network, an environment designed to coach and equip other pastors and leaders to build healthy churches and reach more people.

John and Leslie love the life God has given them and enjoy doing ministry with their three children, Mark, Anna and her husband Zach.
